Our studio is based in Melbourne, Australia; shipping times may vary depending on your location.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been sent so that you can track the delivery of your items.

International Orders

NEW ZEALAND	STANDARD SHIPPING	$25 AUD FLAT RATE

At this current stage, we are only offering shipping exclusively to New Zealand.

• By Mija, is no longer responsible for your parcel once your order has shipped. Please directly contact Aus Post or DHL for any delivery enquiries.
• All orders will be sent during our operating times of Monday - Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Standard shipping transit time ETA: 2 to 8 business days. ( or may vary depending on your location )
• Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.
• Please get in touch with Australia Post / DHL directly if your order is delayed or lost.
• Each order is packed carefully and with love. Mija is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the parcel during the transit process.
• International orders may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. International taxes & duties are not covered by, By Mija.

HANDMADE RETURNS

Due to the nature of a sizeless label and the delicate make of all our pieces, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on our handmade by Mija designs.
